Pre-Registration Refund Policy
While we hope everyone who expresses a desire to attend Katsucon has the opportunity to enjoy our convention experience, we understand that life sometimes intervenes with travel plans. To that end, we will honor requests for refunds of pre-registration fees if they meet the following criteria:

- Refunds of individual group registrations will only be accepted from, and mailed to, the group contact.
- All requests must include the complete mailing address of either the attendee (if not registered as a member of a group) or the group contact, to compare against our records (and to ensure no data entry errors in the mailing address).
- All refunds will be mailed to the address in our electronic records, unless evidence is provided in the refund request which verifies both identity and a change of address.
- If the original payment was made by check or credit card, then the refund will be issued to the account holder's name on that check or credit card. If payment was made by other means, then the refund will be made out to the attendee's (or guardian's, if available) name.
- Refund requests received by pre-registration staff either by e-mail or first class mail by Friday, February 8, 2008 will be processed before the convention.
